I just found out that drummer and old classmate Tobias Proffen died......
I just found out that Tobias Proffen died.
He was my classmate from Musicians Institute 1989-1990.
Tobias was a great drummer and the only one of us in the class who could play the Black Page and other strange
drum stuff ....We had a lot of fun back then and just to hang and steal drumlicks from each other all the time during late practice hours in Hollywood.
Tobias was born in Germany and based in the San fransisco Bay area his last years. Tobias also wrote a drumbook “"calculating rhythm"
